23One, LLC ("23One" or "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Uplift App Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes:
- The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you purchase, download, install, create an account on, access, or use the Uplift Chatbot App (the "Uplift App" or the "App").

This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
- We collect offline or on any other 23One apps or website(s), including websites you may access through this App.

Children Under the Age of 13
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any of their information to 23One through or in connection with the Uplift App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Uplift App or through any of its features, create an account on the Uplift App, make any purchases through the 23One.com website (the "Website") or the Uplift App, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Uplift App or the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.
If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected].
